New factory, new machine, a 25% increase in production.

The factory move has trebled the floor space allowing for the latest addition of a new Zonten 5 colour printing press. The new light and airy factory makes for better working conditions with plenty of room, allowing for the rapidly expanding manufacture of labels, leaflet labels and other self adhesive products to take place.

Barry Lewis says “the new factory will allow the company to expand to cope with it’s customers demands and the new Zonten machine was just too good a machine to miss at the price offered.”

The new Zonten flexo machine is the first in the country. It was imported, installed and will be sold on a on-going basis by Ron Lewis. (Printing and label consultant.)

The Zonten machine can print up to 5 colours, 330mm wide. It has a web-guider, turn bar, UV lamp, Laminating unit, plate mounter and comes with full electrical tension control so it can run most materials, even tissue!!
